The AMCAS Alphabetic character Service website repeatedly says, direct quote:

"Simply a handful of schools do not participate [in the AMCAS Letter Service]."

I accept googled very hard to find the list, but I keep getting that verbatim quote with "simply a handful of schools", and no actual list.

I am guessing Practice schools do not participate. But which Physician schools practise non participate, if whatsoever? Is this actually no longer true, because I tin can run across a thread from 2009 with the same quote?

1) DO schools are role of AACOMAS, non AMCAS and have no connection to this alphabetic character service
2) I volition leave snide comments about not beingness to find information technology via google aside as, frankly I am speechless

Which medical schools crave letters to exist sent through AMCAS?

Only a handful of medical schools cull not to participate in AMCAS Letters. If a medical schoolhouse participates, all messages must exist sent to AMCAS.

Non-participating Medical Schools:

1. Louisiana State Academy Health Sciences Centre Schoolhouse of Medicine in Shreveport
2. University of Puerto Rico Schoolhouse of Medicine

The Texas schools that use TMDSAS do non use AMCAS in general, but practise they employ the AMCAS Letter Service? Your link above implies that they DO utilise the AMCAS Letter of the alphabet Service because they are non mentioned, simply they don't use AMCAS, so I am merely non sure I trust that link.
